About

Hello! My name is Novella Cooper and I’m a freelance illustrator and character designer in Orlando, FL.

Ever since I was a kid, I have been passionate about creating. I loved to draw and color, and I started creating and designing characters in my adolescence. I went to Valencia College, where I earned my A. A degree in General Studies and a Minor in Art.

After I graduated, I started freelancing as a children’s book illustrator and doing local art exhibitions at the Orlando Museum of Art and City Arts Factory.

I recently created my first web-comic series “The Adventurous Witch” and am working on a few others in my spare time. I am also currently working on my BFA in Studio Art and minor in Creative Writing at the University of Central Florida.

I also love to sculpt, write, sew and paint with acrylics and oils.

I am also into vintage fashion, costuming, and I am currently working on a style blog.
